Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 September 2026

1. General provisions

These terms govern the use of the investhub.ee website, the account area, paid subscriptions, materials, notifications and the related communication channels (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by IGGA Partners OÜ, a company registered in the Republic of Estonia ("we").

By registering, subscribing or otherwise using the Service you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

The Service is intended for persons aged 18 or over. By subscribing you confirm that you are of legal age and have full legal capacity.

2. What the Service includes

The Service is an information and analytics platform for self-directed investors. Depending on the plan, it may include:

  • market data, screeners, calendars, company and fund pages and other analytical tools;
  • publication of the team's portfolios and trades, trade notifications in Telegram and Discord;
  • analytical materials, articles, reviews, event recordings and educational courses;
  • an AI assistant answering questions about the markets and your portfolio;
  • tools for tracking your own portfolio;
  • access to the subscriber community and online events.

The contents and prices of the plans are published on the website. We may develop the Service and add or change features; we give advance notice of any material reduction in the features of a paid plan.

3. Not investment advice

All information in the Service, including the team's portfolios and trades, trade notifications, analytics, the AI assistant's answers, articles and talks at events, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not personal investment advice, nor an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument, and it does not take into account your financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance.

We are not a licensed investment adviser, broker or asset manager and we do not manage your money. You make every investment decision yourself and bear full responsibility for it. Where appropriate, consult a licensed financial adviser.

Investing involves the risk of losing capital, up to the entire amount. Past performance, including the results of the team's portfolios, does not guarantee future results. The team's trades reflect the personal decisions of its members and may not be suitable for you.

Market data and analytics come from third-party providers and are generated automatically, including with the help of AI. They may contain errors, inaccuracies and delays. Verify information against primary sources before acting on it.

4. Your account

  • When registering you provide accurate details and keep them up to date.
  • The account is personal: one person, one account. Passing on access, sharing login details or using someone else's account is prohibited.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if your access is compromised.
  • We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms (see section 14).

5. Subscription and payment

  • A subscription is taken out for the chosen plan with a monthly or yearly billing period and renews automatically for the same period until you cancel it.
  • Prices are in euro and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is made by card through a third-party payment provider; we do not store full card details.
  • The charge for the next period is taken at the start of that period at the price in force for your plan. If a charge fails we may retry it and suspend access until payment is received.
  • We may change plan prices. A new price applies to you no earlier than your next billing period and no sooner than 30 days after notice by email. If a plan comes with a price freeze, this is stated in its description and the freeze lasts as long as the subscription is not interrupted.
  • You can change plans in the account area; the difference is prorated under the payment provider's rules.
  • To be invoiced as a company, enter the company details at checkout. Invoices are issued electronically.

6. Free trial and promo codes

We may offer new users a free trial period. Activating it requires a card on file; nothing is charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the price of the chosen plan is charged to the card and the subscription continues on the standard terms. We send an email reminder before the first charge.

Trials and promo codes are available once per person, for new accounts only, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. We may refuse a promo code or cancel a trial where we see signs of abuse (repeat registrations, third-party cards, circumvention of limits).

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time in the account area or by writing to us. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the period already paid for and no further charges are made. The unused part of a period is not refunded, except as described below.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the first subscription payment without giving a reason by writing to the address in the "Contacts" section. Because access to the Service begins immediately after payment with your express consent, we refund the amount paid less a part proportional to the days of actual access. The right of withdrawal does not apply to subscription renewals or to one-off digital materials to which access has already been opened.

We also refund payments where, through our fault, we are technically unable to provide the paid Service for a substantial period. Refunds are made by the same method used for payment.

8. Gift certificates

A gift certificate gives the recipient access to the Service for the paid period once activated through a personal link. A certificate cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-refundable after activation and cannot be applied to an existing paid subscription unless stated otherwise at purchase. The buyer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days as long as the certificate has not been activated.

9. Affiliate and referral programmes

We may reward you for users you bring to the Service: a referral programme for subscribers and an affiliate programme for content creators. The terms of each programme (reward size, holding period, minimum payout, payment method) are published on its page and form part of these terms.

  • Rewards accrue only on real payments by new users who arrived through your link or code, and are revised if a payment is refunded or reversed.
  • Self-referrals, sham accounts, spam, misleading advertising, promises of returns and any statements made on our behalf without our agreement are prohibited.
  • In case of breach we may cancel accrued rewards and end your participation in the programme.

10. $iHUB tokens and NFTs

$iHUB tokens are the Service's internal loyalty points, and achievement NFTs are digital badges of participation. They accrue under the rules published in the Service and can only be used within the Service. They are not money, electronic money, securities or an investment instrument, have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties unless we expressly provide otherwise. We may change the accrual and usage rules and cancel points when an account is closed or the terms are breached.

11. Acceptable use and intellectual property

All materials in the Service (texts, analytics, portfolio and trade data, notifications, design, software code, event recordings) are protected by copyright and belong to us or our licensors. A subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for non-commercial purposes during the paid period.

You must not:

  • copy, publish, forward or otherwise distribute materials from the Service, including trade notifications and portfolio data, outside your own account;
  • resell access, use the materials to provide paid services to third parties or build competing products on them;
  • use automated data collection (parsing, scraping) or circumvent technical limits, other than through the interfaces we officially provide;
  • interfere with the operation of the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our consent or distribute malicious code;
  • use the Service in breach of the law, including for market manipulation or the dissemination of inside information.

12. Community and user content

Respectful conduct is expected in the community, chats and at events. Insults, spam, advertising without our consent, spreading false information and incitement to unlawful acts are prohibited. We may remove messages and restrict access to community channels without refunding the subscription.

When you post your own content in the Service (messages, comments, portfolio data), you keep your rights to it and grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, display and process it to the extent needed to run the Service. Statements by other users reflect only their personal opinion.

13. Availability of the Service

We aim to keep the Service running without interruption but do not guarantee the absence of outages, delays in delivering notifications or errors in data. The Service is provided "as is". Scheduled maintenance breaks may occur. Some features depend on third-party platforms (messengers, data providers, the payment provider) and may be unavailable for reasons beyond our control.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for a material breach of these terms, including passing on access to third parties, distributing materials from the Service, or abusing promo codes or reward programmes. Amounts paid are not refunded in that case. You may delete your account at any time by writing to us; an active subscription then ends under the rules in section 7.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for investment decisions made on the basis of information from the Service, for lost profit, losses from transactions in financial instruments or other indirect losses, or for errors in third-party data and the AI assistant's answers. Our total liability for any claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights of consumers under mandatory provisions of applicable law, or our liability for intent or gross negligence.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence.

We aim to resolve disputes by negotiation: write to us and we will reply within a reasonable time. Consumers may turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon, ttja.ee) or use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr). Failing agreement, disputes are heard by the court of our registered seat unless the law prescribes otherwise.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update. We notify subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect; continued use of the Service means acceptance of the new terms.
